sorry but im very new to the whole domain thing.... i just got a domain with the coupon to mess around with, but now i assume it is not hosted (right?) I have a mac and would like to just host it on my computer and add wordpress how do I do this?

Go daddy sucks seriously. I have seen flashy ads for Go daddy, i don't want to keep all eggs in one basket so i decided to use Go daddy. The moment i joined i learned it's crappy, i installed wordpress but it didn't installed, when i call tech support they told me it wouldn't be installed right away, you will get an email..
I find Godaddy is waste of time... please if you never used Godaddy then don't even dare to try it.I hope it helps someone and they don't get ripped.

Go with Namecheap or search around this forum for some good ones, they usually have coupons too. I tried to buy web hosting from GD a few days ago (because it was cheap) they requested ID "within 48 hours" and what do you know? Suspended my account before 24 hours and didn't refund me LOL what a joke of a company. PayPal dispute opened
