Not too pleased with the service so far, I was hoping for better...

It's been 2 weeks 1 day (15 days) since I ordered, and I had to come on here last week to find out my order was received

I have not received any reports since then, or been told work has commenced?

I've checked rankings for the site and it's the same as before, so I'm guessing no work has been done...
