I bought this right off when it was released, and I have to say this is one of the best IM purchases I've had so far! UNF has replaced all the other kw tools, and when I finally checked out the uNiches.com which came as bonus, I don't know why I didnt look it before. Such a wealth of data well presented.

Also Clyde's support has been very quick and helpful. Every time no matter how silly problem I've had, he has been ready to come to have a look on TeamViewer and solve it!

Important Update: Google changed their keyword tool again that broke the software but be rest assured that our programmer's already on it.

Will issue a fix out soon.

We're very sorry, but the licensing service is currently very busy.

Should I just wait or is this a bug?

Ive been using keyword advantage from NPC and got fanastic results but I am looking to get away from their subscription as the keword tool is the only reason I stay. This tool looks very similar so i'm wondering if anyone has had both to compare.

I purchased it yesterday - it gives me good results in searching keywords but every time I try to hit "Analyze Competition" I get "failure". What`s wrong here ? I can expand keywords - it works fine - found many longtail-keywords with this but when on competition-analyzation it gives me failure every time. The proxy-test also gives me green for about a minute and after this all proxies turn red. Any advice what I could do ?

Does it work when you do it without proxies for 1 KW?

IF it does the problem is with your proxies, please change them and use ones that are Google-enabled. You can also change the multi-threading speed to keep the proxies alive longer. All support question is best served through email clyde-at-ultimatenichefinder.com please.

It's a very rare problem, replied to schedule a teamviewer session.

Has something to do with your system/software.

I think I found the sollution for my problem: after re-install of the newest version, the problem with the proxies and the analyze competition was gone. Now everything works like a charm. Thanks for this great piece of software.

I use proxies from proxybonanza, which are working fine. I added a new Adwords account. The keyword that I want to expand goes like this:

keyword[Logging in]...keyword[Opening Google Keyword Tool] and then..keyword[Timed Out].

I'd really appreciate the help. This software has really been helpful. Have been using it for the past week and it is awesome. I'm yet to officially leave my feedback.

When testing my 25 private proxies from squidproxies and your private proxies, the Competition check return mostly: "![Failure]".

In proxy check, several of my squidproxies get Red indication so i tested some of them manually by setting the proxy in IE and then searching in google, logging in to adwords etc... they were working good, but still UNF gave red indication???

So my biggest issue is the [FAILURE] rate... I have even tested slowing down multithreading to "Slow". My version is 1.4.16.0.

Any ideas?

Replied to your email. The proxies are bad.

Since we have 100's of users from BHW, and most of them also buy from those providers you mentioned, there's a high chance they're all using the same set of proxies for UNF. I'd recommend getting a new list, or switching providers or just use Proxy Multiply/Proxy GB to scrape and filter public ones.

How many proxies do you have? and how many keywords do you analyze per day?

50+ proxies is best for 30k keywords analysis.

10+ proxies, you'll need to trim that down to just 10k keywords per day and try slowing it down.

I have to say UNF is pretty darn cool, it's fast and easy to use. Really looking forward to Uniches too, what a awesome combination that is going to be. I can see how this could keep you up at night!
