My list has gotten over 200 URLs long now. Is there a special program you can use?

I use a regular excel sheet but it does get out of hand sometimes.

lastpass and a excel sheet ...
but also looking for an alternative

I am the same my Excel sheet is getting unmanageable.
Would love a decent program for this.

I add new tabs, organize into campaigns, months, sites, etc. Once they become unmanageable I archive some of the data to other xls's to keep my main spreadsheet clean.

I have thousands upon thousands of 2.0s.

Just a tip, use Excel or some other spreadsheet program... you'll get used to lists with multiple tabs running 40/50k deep after a while ;)

Excel sheet will be good and you can also manage all the things properly in excel.

iMacros

I can place my web 2.0s into folders based on the site, project, or even exact page.

Whenever I need to login, I click on the iMacro and it will go to the right site, log me in, and even automatically take me to the page to post new data.

It's so much easier to stay organized compared to the excel sheet version for me.

php and mysql ftw. Why enter it manually? I never understood the whole excel for web 2.0. I sure dont keep all of my yt accounts i make on excel, a simple mysql database with a simple php script should do the trick.

Great thread with genuine problem. I am finding my web 2.0 list unmanageable now. Either need to get more organised or find an alternative. Interested in the recommendation about mysql and php scripts but my programming/design knowledge is limited. Off to do some research!

You guys are crazy to use G docs to track your links. G sees what you're up to, trust me. I had a friend's G docs account suddenly shut down and all he tracked there was his linking activities each day.

And I bet they have analytics on all their adsense sites...Daredevils I tell you; they're living on the edge maaan, without a care in the wooorld. (EDIT: I'm totally serious here, no sarcasm. They're nuts.)

I use spreadsheets myself and don't use php mysql because I'm insanely paranoid about keeping that kind of stuff online.

Lots of roboform usage and getting more and more into macros. Used to only use them for account creation because I was worried that I might mess up and log in too many times due to a bad script and get locked out (again, paranoia)
