Official confirmation - DO NOT use bhtdownloads!!!! They suck a LOT. Poor service, always downtime and about two times a week your VPS goes AWOL. You have to go after their admins and beg for a new VPS, for which you paid!

Also, check these guys out - xrumer-vps.com ; I just (less than an hour ago) tried one of their servers and seems they are solid. Comes Xrumer and SB preinstalled, with VPN. They themselves say you don't have to have proxies. At 70 USD a winner for me.
