opened ticket #1268, with a pre-sale question, and in half hour I got 'your ticked was canceled' with 'Resubmit without bad words.......'.
And my ticket didn't contained any bad word, just question about keywords.. what happend?

I'm really sorry abt that! Every single client is IMPORTANT to me. It's not that i ignored you, but never even got your message at skype. There are a lot of skype messages when i login & some don't even show up. Plus i'm really not online when you see me. I may be nearby guiding staffs or out.

That's the reason i have a support desk instated. PM'ing( I have around 30 PM's a day & really difficult to see which has been answered or not) or skype is not really the best option. The support desk has features that makes it easy to track & reply to questions. Hope i'll have your support ticket.
