i decided to start a French-based article websites like ezinesarticles.com
i have some good money for start a long ppc compaign
but I dont no start a site like this type of site are a good ideas or no ?
because There are many other french based HQ sources of backlinks (forums, blogs, web 2.0 etc)

I search for based article in france and i think it's a good idea but the problem is google panda
The Google Panda update made article directories a lot less powerful.
so is google changed his strategy
