So I just read quite a bit about getting our feedback up on eBay. Now, I noticed a few people said that selling tons of items for like $0.01 to gain feedback is a quick way to get banned.

I just looked around eBay, and I see TONS of people selling items for very cheap..$0.01, $0.10, and seems like all of them are selling just fine.

So..what is it? Allowed? Not?

FYI, my account is around a year and a half old..5 feedback :( haha

Just trying to get feedback, buy instead of sell. Look for cheap obscure shit like sticker packs or other things that you can buy from China. I'm not sure how they even make any money but they leave feedback after purchase so that can increase pretty damn quickly. Just make sure you aren't buying from the same sellers over and over LOL.

Also, offer people you know to post stuff for them for free or cheap and just charge for fees and shipping. Lots of people are too afraid to do it themselves, too busy, or just don't know how to do it.

You should just buy some cheap fast-moving stock valued at $1 - $5 and sell them at a mark-up of atleast 20%, shouldn't just stick to one type of product, diversify into different little products and do well with them, also try not to be using drop-shipping at the beginning because things can go wrong especially when you are not experienced, negative feedbacks will hurt.

That's reassuring :) ebooks I'm guessing? Also, did most of them leave you feedback? Do you usually contact sellers after and remind them to leave you feedback? While quite a few are leaving me feedback, some aren't (too busy I guess).

I must have purchased 300 items to get around 200 feedback.

Sim cards and screen protectors mainly. Small accessories.

Sweet, thanks dude. Looks like I'll just be buying 5 items or so a day. Don't wanna throw up any flags by ordering 100 $0.01 items in a day haha

I had 800+ feedback before I started doing that though.

How much feedback have you currently got?

Oh LOL opps. Account has 6 feedback, is around a year and a half old (not sure if that helps).

This won't give you that coveted "Detailed Seller Rating" though. And Paypal will still hold your funds until you get the right ratio of seller feedback that they expect.

You'll also need to sell things to get the fees down.

It's easier to get sales with 1,000+ feedback, rather than 6

just buy a ton of simcards or sd card readers across a 1 month period, should be fine.
