Yes I have pp another account. I wonder, facebook WANT A certain balance in the PP account. pp account is not enough to be approved?

Yes it is verified properly. Yes I attached it a credit card. But My virtual card connected to my credit card. I wonder , if this becomes an issue ?

i cant imagine that being the problem since they are two separate companies i doubt facebook can dip into your paypal account and see if it's a vcc or not
p.s.- i'm having this same problem too. everything is fine with my account until i want to make ads and then once i add the paypal it gets banned (the ads part but not the facebook account)

both the names are the same for me
I did everything again.
1- There was a new facebook account
2- I did check the mobile approval.
3- Opened a new paypal account. Name on fb account = Name on pp account and it Is verified properly. I have attached a credit card.
4- I created the ad and the last part, the same error
"No Funding Source -- Your account must have a valid funding source before creating ads."
Please tell me one, Where's the error I'm doing? please tell me

Maybe they somehow tried to bill your card to check if it's empty? Did you used vcc or a real card? If they just let you with vcc you could just create few ads with big spending limit, spend few hundreds and, when they try to bill your vcc and paypal are empty as they bill few days after...I did everything again.

are you tried to use USA paypal with usa billing? then this problem will come too many.
also your paypal must have $3 at least and finally valid cc, (NOT VCC for verify paypal).
if your account not get verified through paypal, then you need to use cc as other option.
mostly usa billing and usa IP paypal making this error too much.

Paypal account attached to a virtual card. So I should add credit to my Paypal account. Right ?

i'm pretty sure facebook can't bill your paypal account without your consent
