Delete content from a domain and repost on another domain = duplicate or unique content ?

Hi all ,
I've a wordpress blog with a paid content but this blog got penalized by G , I'd delete this blog completely then remove it from G index through webmaster tools then repost this content on a new blog so will this considered as a duplicated content ?!!

I think you will have to wait until the content is deindexed.

It can work and it cant work. I have cloned sites of competition and in one case the competition was taken out of google index and my site got on top. But I have cloned other sites and it didnt work. I would just put up the new site and delete the old. Google should put the worth to your new domain.

If it was penalized you should check for duplicate content within the site itself.

Sorry what do you mean by "I have cloned sites of competition" ?

Use canonical URLs with the rel= tag and you'll be fine when it comes to reposting content / duplicate content. You won't strictly penalized for duplicate content, but one site will take advantage over another.
