want to sign in to a good CPA network, anyone know if this is any good or if there are any other good ones? - feel free to post referal URLs..

Also is there a good way of getting accepted (ASAP) without having a site currently driving traffic?

I am using MaxBounty and have only good things to say.
I got approved in 2 days and got money in my account in 2 days via direct deposit, and get paid every week.
At least until now I am very satisfied.
Also approved for peerfly after 2 weeks but the cons for me is that they do not allow twitter marketing. So never has really do business with them

I've been with MB for a couple of years and I can honestly say that they are one of the best networks. They have good offers and I've never had a problem getting paid. I've had several account managers and they were all professional, never had a problem contacting them.
