I am new to site flipping and planning to sell a site on flippa , It is a 1.5 year old site with pr1 4 articles in it , But the problem is that since i was new to IM when i took decide to register the domain i register using the hosting company and not directly through the domain registrar , So How will i be able to transfer the domain to the new account holder , And what do you think i should ask for , The site is suitable for adsense and i have not monetized yet
19$ flippa listing fee is it for single domain or more .

You can ask the buyer to initiate the transfer process of domain (to another registrar) once the sale has been confirmed. Your hosting provider should be able to help you out in order to transfer the domain to another registrar.

Have you built a ton of backlinks to the site? If there are no backlinks and no revenue I'd be surprised to see someone pay more than the listing fee.

19 Flippa listing fee is for each site you are trying to sell.

for every site that you want to sell will get that offer. yeah new account holder may cause you a bit trouble as they may not have sufficient knowledge. however they will take necessary initiatives I guess.
