why is facebook show me captsha when sharing my website?

i use rss gravity in 4 large pages to send fans my websites
every half an hour 4 links to my site are shown to facebook
is there limit to show my website link ?

it's not marked as spam until now and it's not spam i just publish news about science and ebooks

Actually when posted a large number of links sometimes it shows the captcha for security purpose.

Are you performing a bit of test shares? Perhaps a limit to sharing by any one particular account.

However I've also experienced it and agree with Essence19 that it may be in part due to some spam reporting or a percentage of users hiding/deleting shares from your site.

4 links every 30 mins would definitely be considered spam. Do you have a large following on your page? If so, users could be marking it as spam as well.

If you want to continue to share that large of amount of links you should shorten them by installing a link shortening script on your domain.
