Im looking for a factory in china that will be able to make my design dresses / tops ect, or similar, and apply my brand to the items, i would initially only want a few samples to see the work and if great quality then will order bulk.

Or if there is anyone here that knows of any links that could help me id be more then greatfull thank you

I don't understand what's the red hat you said.I just got hundreds of results.Of course they are all in chinese language.

You can not get anything useful if you search in English on the site.

By the way,who says the sellers on taobao are all resellers?Many LOCAL SUPPLIERS sell their own products there!

I dont care what anyone provides me with, sites, agencies, factorys, what i want is a factory to make my dresses that i want and label it with my own name brand that is what i want.

With regards to that website im just so confused on ut and because i dont undestand chinese i dont see how im goibg to get anywhere with it, in the search field i copy and pasted what you told me and nithing came up, plus i used google to translate the page little it did, managed to at least do a search.
