Though the situation might be grave and the people indeed do require some help, I am not sure this is the place to ask. What you require is to save them from going under and building website and getting some traffic is not the way.
Good intentions, wrong place! Earlier, a post regarding the recent terrorist attacks was deleted as it had nothing to do with BHW forum, and I think the same applies here.

that was the most dickish thing i've heard so far, here in BHW.... Seriously,

Sure, it might sound odd, but I also live 3 hours from them, so I can't really do anything with their community, as I have a family of my own.... I have no access to their website, other than the landing page, and I know nothing about kinesiology, so it's like a fresh start for me....

The sheer fact that i'm trying to help someone out makes me look like an ass/immature ??... If you would have checked, I am in NO relation in ANY WAY to that site!!... so how can you jump to conclusion like that??...

Ya know, I could GIVE them MY money, but I also have a $1400/month mortgage/ $512 between 2 car payments/ $130 a month between 2 insurance payments/ Food to buy for my family/ Gas to power my vehicles/ Gas & Electricity for my home/ A $130-month 2-line cell phone bill/ $50 cable/ AND TONS of other things.....

Yeah, sure I make $90-$110 a day with Adsense, but It's only $36,000 a year, which isn't a whole shit load of money when you have a shit load of debt too!!...

So everyone else, I called up Skyler (their son), and talked to him a bit about getting their site noticed on some forums, so him and his brother Kale are working on that for the next few weeks, and my Old neighbor across the street is going to put up flyers ...

I've been also searching for some Health/Wellness sites, and discovered (the secret), which i'm pretty bent on using from now on!!...

Anyways, i'll get to anyone who has agreed to help in any way, and we'll further discuss any ideas people may have....

This website is in so sorry condition. Alexa rank is something with 11 million and they also have not built any backlinks. Only thing that pops in my mind is why not promote via CL for fast results and also Ezine articles are a good way to go, lots of them read, they should get on the first page or near and their website should get a good backlink.

Also, if he is a pro like I understood, then maybe he could visit forums and provide some information about it. And in their local community, they should do offline marketing, provide free coaching to i dont know sportsmen out there and everyone who would like it, so it spreads word to mouth.

Have they thought about becoming a publisher on clickbank, they should have enough material to but together a nice book, plus they are in the niche which should convert (health rules) and after they have the product they should go to DP and open a thread in their clickbank section, they should be able to get 100-200 affs promoting them, at least this worked for me.

If you too this, be sure to include affiliate materials, like landing pages, keyword list, articles and so on, they really love it this way.

And we do? Most here probably live farther away and have families too. We also do not have access to their websites.

I think they were more pointing out the fact that you claim you cannot offer and funds, but yet you are making claims of making decent cash. If you can have $200 to place down on a method as you said you were going to do in like pofecker's thread then why not take that $200 and give to them? So you make $90-100 in adsense, but you don't make any other money anywhere else? Why not help them with setting up sites such as the ones you are using to earn? I'm sure an extra $2700 or so would be very helpful for them.

I can see where the mate was coming from. When I first read your post, I was befuddled by it as well because of your claims in other posts, though I agree some of the comments are unwarranted. Regardless, if these are ppl that you care about as much as you say, why are you not even able to help them out a little? If they are this backbone that you say? That my friend is why some of the lines don't jive as well.

Regardless, I'd say that their best bet is to look in loans/mortgages or look for another place so they have something they can depend on, not something that is on a hope and so they don't run into this situation again.

Guys guys, no need to get harsh. I thought this was a forum where we help each other out. If I had a situation like that where it involved a website, then of course I would come here to find some suggestions on how to go about doing this.

At least by posting this here, someone MIGHT be able to pull out contributing generosity to help them out. This is a blackhat forum, but it doesn't mean we all have to be critical about it.

As for your friends, I suggest doing many MANY niche related articles. This will get many eyes on your friend's website. Submit those articles using something like senuke to article directories, rss feeds, etc. This is bound to get tons of traffic. Also use social bookmarking like digg, and post it in the digg u, digg me, digg everyone thread.

60 days out...they need to CALL the bank and ask for a loan modification. all the lenders are doing this right now as they do not want more foreclosures. if a property owner simply calls them they will work with them. that is what the trillion $ bailout is all about.

you may also want to talk to them and have them actually look at other properties available in the area. you can get killer deals, especially in MI. they could potentially walk away from their current house into a better one for less money. seriously depending on where they are, $10k or less for a property they can move right into. free and clear baby. never worry about the bank again.

you dont need a mortgage from a bank to buy a home. sellers cant sell because buyers cant get mortgages. sellers are being forced into owner financing.

i would help them raise cash and use the cash to move to a new place. to get caught up the bank is going to want the same amount or more than it costs to get into a new place.
