Is it possible to find out the admin of a fanpage, if there is no specification on the page?

No, not really... Only thing you could do is post to wall or statuses asking for admin to contact you.

If you are an admin of the page, you can see other admin, but if you are not an admin of a fanpage, then you can not see who all are the pepole who have liked a fanpage.

You can't find who liked the page first unless you are the admin of that page, best way is to post a small post on the page's wall like = ' hey page admin, please contact me on fb, I have an interesting proposal for you'.

Post on the wall with a suitable reason so that admin can contact you back.
IF you just say i want your email no one provides it.
