My install has been timing out and not working for several days and over a couple updates. I thought maybe it was due to other programs running, or maybe my adwords account died. But today I closed other programs down and used a fresh account. Same issue.

The thing that looks really odd to me is its install location. "C:\ Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\6E0A4OXQ.ZG4\0A72V9VT.88B\ulti..tion_549fdc32a535f316_0001.0004_2b527bb871d1228b\

really no idea how it ended up there... maybe I shouldn't work on this stuff in my sleep.

If I may chime in, I think what he means is, ultimately you'd want to rank #1 right because that's where you'll get the most traffic.

The number of results google shows when you Google let's say "weight loss" including quotes will include all pages that has Weight Loss anywhere on the page, this includes forum posts, or pages that aren't even optimized for the keyword, nor are they building links to rank for that term.

A simple social bookmarking blast is all it takes for you to outrank all these non-optimized pages that are included in Results with Quotes count.

Once you get to the first page, that's where the real fun begin.

Which is why he recommends that you look at the Top 10 sites instead of results with quotes.

Not sure if you remember but I built 2k+ sites about a year ago and started a journal here. A lot of these have low Results with Quotes or allintitle, about 90% breaks Top 10, but only 10% broke Top 5 and get any substantial traffic. Why?

because for most of the terms, the sites ranking #5-#1000000 are reall weak, but the Top 5 sites are what we would consider "Difficult".

I wish I could show you an exact example from a customer, but I can't without exposing his niche.

3. If a keyword has 2 billion results on google, will the program take it into consideration that this kind of keyword will take much more time to get to top 10, then other keywords?

How accurate is the Competition Analayzor (1-100) and how can I estimate from it how much time it will probably take me to outrank #1 and which factors does the #1 has which I need to outrank(connects to question 2, does he have more High PR backlinks,better keyword density, URL,Title,Meta,Description- keyword match, and more?)

1. No, just the Median Links, for details of the top 10 I'd recommend the free version of Traffic Travis, work wonders. Our focus is bulk keyword research so UNF + Traffic Travis = win.

2. No. For this you'd need a paid subscription to Ahrefs.com/Majestic SEO. No other tools show this either.

3. No, we only analyze the Top 3 since this corelates with how difficult Top 10 is most of the times because it's very rare that Top 3 is easy while #4-#10 are difficult.

4. It's almost 90% accurate, as a test you could look at the value and then use Traffic Travis (Free) to look at the Top 10 sites. You'll see a low difficulty score translates to Top 3 sites = easy to beat.

Again, it's always good practise to double check with Traffic Travis to look at the details of the Top 10 sites, UNF helps you do bulk KW research and analyze 30k keywords, out of those, you'll usually find a lot that has low competition, pick one you like, check it out on TT, if you like what you see, build a site and ranks it.

Query delay setting: Go to Settings, it's called Multi-threading Speed. You can adjust the speed there.

Just wanted to clarify, also in response to Josh's thread-jacking post (thank you mods for removing it). The reason we didn't want to implement a brainstorm generator is because we don't want all 100's of our customers going after the same niches, it has happened before with our previous KW tool.

Can you create a new Adwords account? It's a 1-2 page form and will take about 5-10 seconds to complete.

Please note that you cannot use these accounts for Adwords or PPC, they must be strictly for UNF scraping.

I tried shared proxies from BuyProxies.org and ultimate niche finder would time out trying to open google keyword tool or it would use my local IP to scrape keywords without telling me because it was having problems using proxies. However, when I test the proxies from buyproxies with UNF it shows the proxies as good. I don't know if the proxies are the problem or UNF is.

Has anyone had the same problems with proxies. If I try proxy bonanza will I have the same problems?Are you sure proxy bonanza works good? no time out issues? I want to be able to scrape keywords all day with out a problem.

UNF doesn't use proxies when Expanding keywords, only when Analyzing Competition and checking for EMD's. Could you send an email to us please, clyde-at-ultimatenichefinder.com.. We'll take care of your problem ASAP.

and yes, proxybonanza.com works great. Also, do you have a slow internet connection? That might have caused the timeout. I'd recommend at least a 1MB connection, and do not use wireless broadbands as those tend to be flaky.
