How do you monetize your Education Blogs?

I have an education blog (something like best colleges reviews) where I review which colleges with their price, syllabi, etc.

I get 30K+ unique visitors every month and the blog has a PR4.

Can anyone suggest me various methods to monetize it please?

I currently use only Adsense.

How much are you getting from adsense? You could try generating a mailing list by offering a free ebook called "the ultimate college guide" - then at the bottom of the ebook have a couple of links to CPA offers such as those available here - http://www.offervault.com/college-affiliate-programs/?offers=all

Do you have colleges that advertise in you country ? Cold call them
You could sell preparatory courses , other reading material etc .
Since people around 20 visit your blog , sell products that target this demography without deviating from original theme .

College books are really expensive so if you can find a source with an affiliate network for used college books or something
you would make pretty good money I imagine.
