I got trolled by ATM

oh...ok..such shit happens especially during dire times.. I know...happened to me more than a couple of times...my accounts were literally empty and the only money I had were absorbed by the ATM.. Like they say "When it rains, it pours"

In any case, within no time you will get over this incident because problems don't stay for long. No doubt, you will get your money back within 24 hours to 2 weeks ( depending upon your luck now) sometimes, its refuded even without making a call but just to be sure you have to call up the customer care..

The rep said "up to 120 days, but usually lot quicker". But the thing is, I need the money couple hours ago - so anything over a day form now is too late already.

As, I told you on our forum I forwarded the issue on and you should be receiving a dispute form to fill out.

Well, you could sue the bank for causing an inconvenient situation with your landlord. Or at least, you could threaten to get it back fast.

I'm sending it back in a jiffy. I know it'll take some time, and it's fine - I mean, there's not much more damage that can happen anymore.

I was just so happy when I got the money to my card this morning, but faced reality check few moments after. Oh well, life goes on...

Threats don't really work, nor do I care to bother with such. I'll just send them the claim and let them deal with it. Meanwhile, I'm focusing my own actions to somehow sort the shit out before I need to go and look for a new "beachfront", if you catch my drift...

Damn, that was some swift action - got my moolah back already. Although for some reason I couldn't withdraw the same amount (maybe the bank had that much different rates today, got 6.5 USD less), but all's good now.

Oh well, I'm off to get some foor and fill my fridge with beer - it's time to celebrate.
