I am looking for ways of increasing views to a site that I work with. The deal is they are looking for a low quantity of monthly targeted traffic from Canada. If you have thoughts on how I can do this on a low budget please let me know.

All of which cost money. Any way that is a little less costly?

no thoughts? I am not against spending a little bit of money, but AdSense and the likes are expensive ways of sending traffic.
