Need to be:

fully anonymous
not marked as spam
extremely fast
US based

These won't be used for any kind of spamming, mass mailing etc.

Legit web browsing. So they need to work with browsers as well (Firefox/Chrome).

These are shared proxies that many people will be using. There private proxies are cheap as well. Anyone has experience with them?

Their private proxies are also very cheap but have not tested them .
BTW buyproxies.org are also offering in same price and these are pretty fast and reliable proxies using from past 5 months .
