I need someone in here that is familiar with Belize or St Kits. We are trying to find offshore merchant solutions in these countries. I was told by someone else that St Kits and Belize are still boarding free trial sites?

they cost like $5k to setup.. + you need a minimum of $10k a month processing.. otherwise they dont even talk to you... + they have crazy reserves and charges... 7% fee + 10-15% reserve... settlement is mostly weekly + you need a call center for support or they dnt bill for you.. the support call center costs like $0.15-0.25/min ...
added to that you need to fly down there to get things done otherwise they never happen...
I have a few contacts that do stuff like this..

They're definitely not $5k to set up, my main processor offered us a belize bank/company set up for a mere $200, but we're doing over $200k/mth in volume just through that one account.
Also, they will not talk to you unless you're doing at least $50k/mth most likely, granted if you're paying a huge up front set up fee this may be a bit lower. Our rates are a lot lower than yours, and there are no support charges... but our volume is also very high so.
Our processor told us "push as much money through as you want", they have a very different attitude than onshore accounts.
