I have yet to be scammed yet through BHW and other sources for selling services through PayPal and would like to keep it that way. I have only dealt small time through PayPal, around $10-50 for services and everything has gone well.

My question is I am now dealing with even bigger orders now in the $200-500 range and these are for first time clients. How can I lower the chance of being scammed through PayPal or should I ditch PayPal for higher orders and do another method? Also they are paying me first but still from my experience with PayPal, if they pay by a credit card and just complain to there CC company that they got "hacked" or whatever, the CC company will always win over PayPal.

I've had a friend who used to make a living selling RSGP (until the bot nuke) anyway the best way to lower the chances of getting scammed is by using http://www.playerauctions.com/ They are fantastic and the fee is also very reasonable.

By the way how in the world are you making RSGP now that bots are gone?

I don't mean I make any anymore because like you said, the bot bust. I was just providing an example of times when I've been scammed using PayPal. Sorry for the confusion.

I'm doing SEO services now and am just wondering tips on to stay scam free from new clients who are wanting to buy big orders at one time through PayPal.

Avoid phising mainly, that's a common issue clueless people with PP have.

If you are able to take with other payment processors like alertpay or MB it should not be a problem.
Even if you take through paypal tell them to write a clear note saying that it is a SEO service.
It should be of some help even if the buying disputes with his credit card company.
