So assuming I don't want to participate in the bug infested AMR what is my best options? I am SOOOO sick of everytime I or somebody asks if theres anything new for articles everybody just spams the thread saying that AMR is final word. I've read too many complaints lately... and I KNOW there has to be a competition out there. So IF you know of it say something.

Is Sick Submitter about the only other option that's solid? Or are there other JUST article submission tools I can find... especially ones that let me add my OWN lists?

Article Demon is Essentially the same tool as AMR with a different UI and a few more/different features.

I've considered it, only draw-back I saw was you couldn't add your own lists. Then again as long as their lists are good/successful it's not a big deal.

Do you use it? What's ur thoughts?

Might have to switch over to Article Demon if AMR keeps acting up.

Does Article Demon have the same stability issues though? Any users here verify the quality???

I get very low success rates with AMR... Someone need to make a better tool for article submitions...

See, THIS is exactly what I'm worried about. I hear a LOT of people saying stuff like this, which is why it drives me NUTS when when people ask about article tools people just say "AMR" and act like in this WHOLE world nothing else exists.

I'm looking into Article Demon right now. If any of you have it tell us what YOU think of it.

And if there's another software that deserves being talked about SAY so. ;)

pretty sure the OP wanted other options than AMR, as do I, but everyone keeps blabbing about AMR. geez

I've made note of the only alternative available. The reason people keep saying AMR is because there are no other submitters that does what it does/did ( aside from Article Demon ).

Not sure why these threads keep popping up as there is only one answer to the question which people seem to not want to hear.

Either use Article Demon or AMR ,they are both the same, aside from the downtime you face with AMR.

There is no automation tool that is perfect or near perfect when it submits to websites that you don't own/control. Websites go dead any time and you just make your own list of working websites then check it regularly and you will do good with AMR or the others.

Been looking for an automated article submission software too but so far even after the complaints I'm hearing about AMR, they are still the best in the market.

I think I`ll just wait it out and outsource my article submissions or do it manually till an update or a new software pops up.

The alternative is coming, I'm working on it atm. Got sick of AMR.

Cool, how long until it's ready?

Article Demon DOES allow adding sites.
However, I've switched to Ultimate Demon which does everything. pop to Youtube and check some of the vids, there are some pretty good discounts available for it on there as well.

In general a LOT of article sites went down in 2011 (think 60-70% either stopped allowing submissions - or went altogether).

I've scraped new lists now , Dashboard, Beach, WPMU etc and have maybe 2,200 good ones in Ultimate Demon (down from almost 8000 in AMR a year ago)

Hell - even I had about 30 article sites last year. I installed WPMU in sub domains on a load of my smaller sites thinking the content might add some benefit to the main site (which it did - but at the cost of way too much time and hassle) and then I took them all down again.

AMR these days is flakey though. Mine just hangs far too often (like every time I use it almost) I barely get one task done without having to restart it once or twice, and that just pi$$e$ me off in pretty short order.

It's like my old XBX360. I have it - I know it's supposed to be good, but every time I turn the fecker on something goes wrong - eventually I have no faith left in it and move on to something else.

Enf of the day, spending a little on a subscription product where the developers spend the hours keeping the scripts up to date and finding new sites seems better off than relying on one-off-fee products that so often end up as abandonware as, once the sales have peaked and died down, has no incentive to keep the product up to date.

Scrapebox is about the only exception to that rule I can think of.

If I want to scrape more site it's to add additional value, not just to get the bloody thing to work in the first place.

Sorry Vince, but for the past few months AMR has really let me down. It seems I'm not the only one.

You know my email addy mate, If you read this thread, let me know if you are going to do anything about it mate, else we can all just move on.
