Domain copyright abuse?

i registed a domain last yr.

miumiu.mx

and coupld month ago, a company hit a email to me ask me for price,the reason is they got a project about Prada.(Prada everyone knows, a big fashion brand.)
so they offer a low price, and i dont sell it.

today,i got a email from
http://www.studiobarbero.com/en/
(a italy domain abuse company)

they said Prada has copyright to own this domain.
and told me to transfer the domian via no cost.

so what shall i do?
