That's a really hard question, your best bet would be to monetize, say, 1000 installs. See what you make and divide by 1000 and then add a little something as a premium. Off the top of my head, I'd probably feel comfortable in the range of $0.25/install, but that could be way off and based on the assumption that once I started to monetize the app would die in short order.
