Depends on the specifics, but most likely yes. Cost will be around $120 (3 hours) for design and code, however this again depends on the specifics.

One free banner still available. I'm going away for an hour, but I'll take a look at the thread, and PM the first poster when I get back.

The quote he gave me was for web design and a coding part.
Yousef did an awesome job on the whole project. Also with some friendly "after-buy" support.
