Please, since I don't know exactly where a cookie is dropped when somebody clicks a hoplink, I have a question:

Let's imagine that somebody clicks my hoplink and visits the salespage using Firefox...

The day after he visits the salespage directly (without clicking the hoplink) and buys the product but even if he uses the same computer he makes the transaction from a different browser (i.e. Chrome)...

Will I lose my commission in this case?

Bumping this 4 year old thread because there's no point in making a new thread over my question.

So my question is; does every offer have its own unique cookie that gets stored?

For example if I promote "The Venus Factor" and the user clicks my link, but Doesnt buy, and then the user visits "The Abs System" link of A Different affiliate.

Is my cookie still active or does "The Abs System" from the other affiliate end up erasing "The Venus Factor" cookie of mine on that computer?

If the user doesn't clear his browser cookies, theoritically every single time he visits "The Venus Factor" as long as its not directly thru another hoplink, is my cookie active no matter how many other different Clickbank Products they visit from another affiliate?

Thanks in advance for any answers.

No commision they designed it so if you send the person YOU WILL NOT GET PAID OFTEN EVEN IF YOU SENT THE PERSON! That is why affiliate marketing is so good for the product owhner. If they come to late, other computer, uses cell phone (new ip) new browser or just error you are not paid!
