Nopes.. I have never seen any, or used any. However, desktop apps like RSS Submit work great.

They are not the same. They are from the same host (eg google.com) but with varied geo-location and language. Some of the services further ping other services, thus creating a recursive pinging order.

OP you can insert the 2. Pinging services you have there in WP to do it automatically.

settings - writing - copy / paste the list in Update Services

No. Pinging is not spam.

Also, pingomatic pings only a handful of services.
