I did sample test by using your tool for domain "centralpneumaticaircompressor---com". I checked only the back-link's which has PR. But I found only 10% to 20% live links that also url was not landing to the page where the domain has back link I need to find for link's.

iBacklinkPRO gets its links from our database. The bots gather links on a daily basis, however they can not revisit all the backlinks that exist in a single day. If you found backlinks that no longer exist, it is because the site owner removed them, you would probably not want to waste your time on this site because yours will get deleted too, or at least make sure that you make your link post be of high quality. The percentages that you suggest are much below average, perhaps running your test on more than just one site you will see that as well.

Below is a site of one of our clients, we have been using data from iBacklinkPRO for this site's Internet marketing for several months and here are the results:
