How do i check my backlinks?

i boguth 200 off of fiverr. Hesaid he delivered them and showed me an excel spreadsheet saying i had them.. But how do i check to see if i actually have them? Thank you

copy & paste (from excel to your browser)

One thing to watch out for: On fiverr, a lot of sellers offer .edu backlinks which are actually .edu.xxx which dilutes the value. If you have Scrapebox, you can check large numbers of backlinks quite easily - otherwise just sample by copy/pasting into browser

its not that i want to see the backlinks and what site it is its that i want to see a site that tells me like 200 backlinks and tells me my google rank and trust and all that

majestic says there is no query or anything...

You will want to be patient. Some of these sites may take a few weeks to update... I would check in 2-3 weeks. If you need answers now that is very difficult and may not be possible

If you want to gain trust then don't use .edu backlinks.

The majority of sites that get any amount of .edu backlinks still only get one or two at maximum, so if your site just happens to instantly gain hundreds of .edu backlinks, wouldn't you think you might get some kind of a penalty?

For that reason, i stay away from the .edu backlink hype.

i thought .edu links where the best

I think Traffic Travis can help you check the page rank and the backlinks..

Noone really knows whether google takes these links into account any more than any other link, but personally, i've found that the only reason that .edu links give a bigger rank push than other links is because they generally have a higher page rank than most other pages.

With .edu's being spammed so much though, you'll probably get a better result from a low outbound link PR2 page than you would on a PR4 .edu page with 5k outbound links.

Also, you get what you paid for - 200 links for $5 are bound to be low quality.

.edus from fiverr usually aren't too great either

I wouldn't use edu backlinks for the main purpose of serp increase but for link diversity

So what is the best way to get it ranked higher? what backlinks are the best for a newer site?

why is this in white hat seo? there is nothing white hat about this

Well it's from almost 2 years ago and IDK why someone grave dug that far
