EMD in Google top 3

I'm researching for a keyword and I've found 3 EMD sites on first page, two of them on the top 3.

Does it really mean it could be an easy to rank keyword?

wrong.

it does help, but "the most" important, it definitely is not. go search any popular high-comp term. very very few of them have emds ranking for them, unless you're chasing a brand name term.
