Hello,

you know that Paypal is a very bad payment processor but still most of the company uses them, how can I enter in their system again?
I know that if I signup once again their automated system will ban me cause of my mail address.

If I find a way to verify a fake paypal with vcc, how can I transfer the money then? Would be possible to buy something that the real me will sell and then I cashot the received money? Plimus maybe?

When I got banned I used a new email address and used the bank account number instead the credit card number, it worked :P

You done that after days, months or what?
because I already have done that in the past and it worked, but now also the second account got banned and look like that if I do that again their system recognize my home address

Then change your IP address, clear your cookies and cache and use information not connected to your name.

If anything triggers in their system associated with details from your older Paypal account such as the home address, yes, you will get banned.

You can get a stealth ebay and or paypal account and a vpn dedicated ip and get back online in no time.

This is a not a major think to worry. just change your ip, give fresh email account and give another bank details. they will accept it.

dont forget to download ccleaner and create a new user on your computer as well .

I think, this isn't a major worry that you come across, when you get banned from Adsense. Maybe, there are a lot of suggestions above and think, there is nothing remaining for me to advice you. But, why were you banned anyway. That matters a lot as well, sometimes, that could grab PP's attention.

PayPal never ban people for no reasons :D
But I'm not a cop, no offense...

I received money from affiliate company, and they said "paypal has been made in order to support mainly ebay seller/buyers, not others transactions..."

What do you mean? They would never ban anyone for no reason...

You're quoting exactly what they said here?

I got banned 4 months ago, registered again a week ago different email address different bank acc but same name and address and everything seems ok up to now.

If I was a betting man, I'd say that isn't what they said at all, that's a horrible business model.

The second account was most likely banned because they connected the dots between his second and first one. The first one was banned because there is more to the story :p.

That being said, just get a VCC, a VPS and a new email and you're good to go.

1. PayPal, AlertPay, bank, CC etc. - should never be messed with, those handle your money and if blocked you're fucked.
2. Affiliate networks, CPA networks, Fiverr, marketplaces etc. - you could do shady things behind the scenes but make sure you comply with the rules and stay under the radar.
3. The actual work behind the scene could be as illegal as you want (just don't get yourself in jail :p), like things automated by a software, spam, mass post etc.

I have lots of paypal accounts using vcc and few of them are banned. The rest that worked are still good to go and yes I can withdraw the fund as long as the information that you put on paypal are different to another one.

Try alert pay or 2co or any that will accept a cc, sounds like you need to leave paypal behind.

Start a p@ypal account with a fake name/info and use a real bank account. Ether a new one of yours or someone you trust.

You bank account info does not have to match your Paypal info.
