Nope, I don't think so. He canceled the subscription promptly after this post. But hasn't yet issued a refund... I'll wait a couple more days... Then I'll have to take the other route to get my money back.

Bk071, you and I both know you received an amazing restitution package.
As you may or may not be aware I've been working on a speed bug which has recently been resolved. This has taken up most of my time and as a result my responses via email may not have been as punctual as they traditionally are. Our attention will now be focused on scraping search criteria's that are country specific. The logic here is simple. If we gather major smtp providers from a specific country then it will be safe to assume that the recipient is from that country.
Now that the speed issue is fixed I'm playing a little catch up with emails.

I finally have my copy and here is my situation. I need to extract emails from a trade portal (lets call it sitex.com). Sitex.com is a directory of businesses. The directory is broken down into different categories such as, restaurants, schools, hospitals, etc. I am interested in a particular category say "schools". I click on the school link and get the list. However, the list has everything except the e-mails, however, most of the schools either have a subdomain, for e.g. "school.sitex.com" or a link to their own site "schoolwebsite.com". Within the subdomains and the school's site there is a contact us page with the gold, i.e. the email address. Now, I am only interested in extracting the "school" email addresses from the portal and my keyword is on the subdomain pages, the school site's pages and certain pages on the trade site, whereas the email address page whilst it's linked to the subdomain site, doesn't have the keyword. How do I go about extracting these emails. I am sure with some creativity this powerful best can do this?

I have been using this for a couple of days now and here is my review based on what I have tested and seen so far. I am also benchmarking this against GSA E-mail Spider, which I also use.
1. The collection speed is pretty decent and definitely better than GSA, although relative to GSA, there is a major difference in the way it functions. GSA, filters emails while it collects them, i.e. removal of duplicates and you can add filters while you are processing, for e.g. while the emails are being collected, if I see an email with something like @yahoo.cn, I can simply right click and put this domain in filter so no more such emails are collected (I love this feature). I can do the same with a lot of other flters in GSA. With SEE, all the filtering/cleaning is done at the end so the initial numbers seem a lot higher, however, despite that I guess its fair to say SEE has much faster speed.
2. The keyword generator and url extractor, havent worked for me yet, in the 2 days that I have had it. I keep getting the "server busy" error.
3. The biggest problem is that the support is almost non-existent.
- I have contacted the author through every possible channel, i.e. the forum here, the in built contact tool, skype and the email id on the site and still dont have a response.
- There is no support community (which could help users learn, exchange ideas and maximise the use of the tool) which could actually substantially reduce the amount of time the author needs to spend on support as people could help each other.
- Once again, lack of support/response is a real annoying factor and I have to repeat myself on this.
4. It would be nice to have a "Pause" function too, for e.g. when I am taking my laptop from my home to office, I would like to pause the process. Also, a couple of times my computer went to sleep and the process stopped and never continued when It woke up, which means, I had no other option but to restart the process. After disabling the sleep mode, I let my laptop run overnight for collection and it was working fine, when I woke up in the morning, but eventually it got stuck at an email addrses (the program didnt freeze but the process wasnt moving forward) and nothing was happening thereafter so I had to terminate the process, so I never knew if the process was actually completed or not.
5. The other thing, I personally find annoying is that, each time, I have to manually save the search criteria as once you close the tool and re-open it, it defaults back to the default search critera. It would be nice to be able to "permanently save" our own search criteria.
Overall, I am enjoying the tool, but the lack of support is something that I feel is not allowing me to maximise the use of this software.

I agree. It's quite hard to get any response, even if you are trying to buy.

Yes, I got this via email as well. Bit of a mind bender. It can be done but I will have to modify the script. If you recall I'm trying to connect with you via Skype but there seems to be a 10 hour difference. At last standing I've asked you to send me the times when you're available to meet on Skype to discuss a solution.
You have some great points here. As I've previously stated I'm trying to connect with you on Skype to offer direct support for your extractions as they more complex then the average user.
I will look into why the keyword generator and url extractor is not working for your account.
A pause feature is something that is on the list of upcoming revisions.
Your suggestion for a way to permantely save the search criteria for each user is a good one. I actually really like that!
I would tend to agree that the support is not 100%. However, the nature of your specific issue is complex and requires a one on one discussion. The 10 hour time frame difference that we have has inhibitet us from connecting As previously stated: the last communication to you (via email) requested that you provide me with the times that you are available throughout the day - and I will make myself available to assist you with your extractions.
SEE doesn't scrape facebook email accounts hidden by their servers. It scrapes anything publicly displayed. There are hundreds of thousands of them. If a facebook group has 10k members don't expect to scrape 10k emails. You will, however, be able to use the FB group names as keywords and subsequently scrape these members that post anything publicly. SEE can be used for geo-targeting. There are three videos entitled (on the official SEE youtube channel at http://www.youtube.com/user/socialemailextractor) Extract Emails From Any Country (part 1, 2, & 3) which clearly show you how this is done.

I don't come on to BHW as often as I used to. The best way to reach me is to email me. I may not be the fastest at responded but I do respond to all of them eventually. More complex issues (such as BHConultants) require a one on one talk. I'm happy to do that but finding the time when we're both available can be tricky. This doesn't mean that I'm not interested in responded (quite the contrary).
I'm not ignoring anyone here, in fact it's no ones business but I'm recovering from a recent snowmobile accident. I finally have some feeling in my legs. Smacked into a tree and whacked my legs pretty good.
I usually have Skype on - on my ipad, however, I've just installed it on my main system here and I'll have it on during regular business hours in EST. This way I can get messages directly popped-up in my face...
