Tomorrow is my first month that I started this service. And what should I say it is the best SEO outsourcing service I have ever used. I gave John a 5 year old site in a very competitive non English speaking niche.

We don't have a magic wand that we wave and it all of a sudden makes you website rank on the first page after the first month. I expect every one to stay at least 3 months because that is when best movement is evident. In comparison most of my high end clients we sign contracts for at least six month and many times it is at least a year.

John is working on 25 keywords for me and had fantastic success in the first two months - the site is only 3-4 months old and now it's dancing (I hope). The plan is to carry on as normal and hope it springs back up sooner rather than later. Anyway to keep a balanced review (I posted the fantasic rankings earlier in the thread), here is the current positions:

Definitely looks like the terms are dancing. Google has been doing some goofy stuff in the last couple weeks with algo updates and panda refreshes, so I saw a small % of my clients get hit like this. Should be fine once we continue to build links and authority of the website.
