was using websiteserviceplus.com fps provider previously.
decent performance & prices.

you get like 512 mb ram, 1 core, 1 tb transfer, 100 mbps port, 1 ip for 7 bucks.
support was good too.

but recently they stopped their windows vps - out of stock.

any other providers with such prices & performance?

Cheap isn't normally worth the hassle with servers.

I'm using BermanHosting.com as my VPS providers, and apart from excellent support and advice, they give excellent priced packages. Am currently paying $15/mo for a Windows VPS with 1GB RAM, i7 core processor @3.67 GHz, 40GB space, unlimited traffic and 1 I.P address (had to change one as I forgot to use proxies yesterday and had the I.P reported for spam lol). You can visit their site for more info, and for the 1st month you get 25% off. You might get a better deal elsewhere but I love BermanHosting more for their customer support than anything else, although their actual service is very good too :).

[EDIT]: They offer unmetered 1GB per second connectivity :).

yeah they're good, but they don't have stocks at the moment:(

ThrustVPS is a good provider for cheap windows VPS.

blackboxrdp has been pretty good to me. Excellent customer service actually. I went with their top tier offer that has 2gigs of ram and ended up paying around $38 a month. You get a shit load of squid proxies, but they don't work for Scrapebox posting :( So I'd recommend going with the 1 gig option and find their thread on WF for a discount code.

vpsnine.com they have pretty much the best rates! I've tried them personally and I'm very happy.

I am with Xsserver last 6 months and they are pretty fine. I am on $35/month plan, but you can get the cheaper one $15 (256 ram, 2 ghz, 30gb, unmetered transfer).

Hostwinds have a good discount packages. There's a promo code here on BHW.

Most VPS servers are & most likely will be used for "Websites". But this is a blackhatworld chat so im guessing your probably going to use it for Ddos attacks sense you made a (as you like to say) skid post. If your looking to script id reccomend getting a Debit card hooking it up to a "privacy.com" then hook up the fake debit card you have on Yandex card acount. (Yandex is long story short the google of russia) then id reccomend getting a free trials to random vps providers but if your not looking for any untrackable work. id reccomend going to privacy.com hooking up a fake Debit card then purches servers from trabia.com. there a perfect provider for spam emails/botnets etc... they have unlimited bandwith but only a 1Gbit output limit & the servers are quite easy to hit off. Personaly I use hostinger.com they do ban but if you have custom source code and hide your botnet script deap in the files & dont use the built in sftp in linux they work really well ive been able to hit almost any game server i want offline. I do have custom Scripts though but i can hit 150Gbits on my shared Botnet. Also I dont reccomend sending a 150Gbit attack or over a 50Gbit attack for that matter cause you will get the Feds on your ass faster then you can blink. Also be carefull because their is maps out there that detect Ddos attacks and there is also communities on twitter that find people that host botnets/spam email acounts :). Your Welcome
