Hi all,

I used this service about 2 months ago and the results have been good.

I saw bad results for 21 days and it scared the crap out of me. I spoke to OP via skype and they answered my questions fairly and bluntly. They said wait another week and if there was problems we could chat about it more. A few days later my site jumped up.

Ultimately I didn't move to position #1 but I saw increased traffic and along with my other SEO efforts the site remained many many positions higher than previously and settled into a position I was happy with.

WhiteDolphin's service has been great the whole time - answered my questions (quickly with little fuss). I would recommend chatting via Skype.

Take note this is a SPAMMY product and it doesn't come with guarantees of high quality service - but it seems to work from a good number of people. It isn't cheap but it isn't too bad.

Some of what I read on here is just people being unreasonable and unfair or not reading the sales text closely - Grow Up people and don't treat a seller unfairly!

I have just bought a follow up Blast.

Well, here are my results. We're a little over a month into it (I think I bought on 12/22/2011) and I've gone backward on most of my keywords.

The primary keyword I tested was a 2-word fairly competitive term that was sitting at position 9 when we started. It is currently at position 11.

This wasn't the end of the world for me as I wasn't getting a ton of traffic for the KW before buying the service. And in the OPs defense, the term has gone up on Yahoo/Bing.

Where the service has REALLY hurt me is with my primary keyword ... a 1-word, VERY competitive term ... I was ranked #2 on the term before we began and consistently made $300+ per day in sales resulting from traffic on the term. I'm now ranked #6 and sales have dropped to around $100/day.

I asked the OP for a refund several days ago, but haven't heard back. I didn't really expect to get one, but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

Anyhow, I don't hold any ill-will toward the OP ... it's obvious that the service works for some people, but it sure didn't in my case. The OP communicated well with me while the campaign was underway and I liked working with them overall. I just wish I hadn't experienced the negative effects.

Maybe I should have the OP do some work on my competitors' sites

Just bought my second blast for a different website.

It is also an exact domain match for the exact keyword search i'm hoping to rank for.

And the website is not ranked yet.

I'm afraid I will not be ordering again from SPW.

Reasons being, their communication (which I consider to be the single most important part of any business relationship) is beyond appalling. They simply can't be bothered, or think they're above communicating with their customers. Having spent more than 1k with these guys they just say nothing.

Results have also been less than impressive overall. All these sites had a lot of content on and were aged....

Guess that's my fault for seeking a quick fix to the essentially time-consuming business of link building...

I understand that there were no guarantees and I read carefully before purchasing. That's why when I asked for a refund and he didn't respond, I let it go.

I don't see what's wrong with that.

My issue is with how crappy whitedolphins customer service is! He promised a reblast 3 weeks ago and still nothing. No reply to my PM's or anything.

Customer service is not this guys strong point.

Guys, I think it's time some Mod responded to this please. We've communicated with them, Pm'd them. They don't respond, barely even here on the thread. Surely, one of the basic requirements of selling here on BHW is that the service provider be prepared to engage with the customers, or even let them know the job is done. None of this has happened and I think that needs addressing..

What exactly is it you want me to say? You ordered the service as detailed in the OP, the service was completed as in the OP and unfortunately you weren't happy with it.

I don't know what people are complaining about - I used this last month - paid $300 and ended up in the SANDBOX. Have paid another vendor $2000 to get my serps back up...getting there.

We were warned of the risk. Never again.

I agree George S. White Dolphin if you want to honestly stand up and try to justify the way you treat your customers, go ahead. Multiple, multiple posts on here testify that you simply don't give a crap of any kind once you've taken the money. I've pm'd you, I've posted on the thread, and so on. My complaint is by no means about the power of the service, or any of that stuff. You warn people fair and square about what it does and what to expect. In fact, it's definitely got it's use and, had you bothered to make even a microcosm of effort to alert me to a job done, or respond to my questions, I would have spent thousands more dollars with you. As it is, I think this service should be closed, because frankly you don't give enough of a shit...

I just hope you use 301 for that site.

Technically, you can just remove the 301 if you are not satisfied and there's a chance that your site will go back up where it belongs initially before the blast. Not unless, of course, Google did a review of your site manually which is very unlikely considering the size of the Internet.

Ordered this service on 22nd December 2011. Apparently got a "free" blast to get it back up again.

Would never buy again.
