yes, there are a few more review prices left. It all depends whether you follow Google's policy. If you try to promote some banned things or don't follow TOS then nobody can guarantee you that.

i haven't fully built campaigns and research yet, prolly by the end of the day i'll upload some.
for those that are getting it don't forget to use google editor to upload your campaigns, you can also load the whole account from there as well. Well that's if you prefer to use the editor which i find way more easier to work with than the web interface especially if you're gonna be doing more than adgroups.

Yes, there should be no problem with that. I have successfully promoted my URLs that way.

I seem to be unable to get any ad live anymore, the first account went live, when that one ran out of funds, i couldn't get them live anymore, also another campaign refuses to go live for now.

It's coming up with:

"The keyword phrase doesn't currently trigger any of your ads."

Which is usually a bad sign, considering the campaign is setup properly and should run :s
