A few questions about wordpress

I'm new to building sites, but my first site that I took awhile on, (and was already halfway done), is now earning me around $7 a day. I'm trying to figure out a few things here.

1.) Where's a good place to find some themes?
2.) What exactly are back links and how do I use them.
3.) How do I make Google target keywords that I place in articles?

Please don't flame. I'm trying my hardest to get a good start with what I'm doing.

hey i have all kinds of themes, if you look at a post i did a few days ago i put a link for heat map pro v5, i love this theme, a rep or thx would be great

Themeforest & templatemonster are pretty good for themes.
