In my experience, I live in Canada, I have purchased duty free cigarettes for myself from a website online (not yours) only for the package to arrive with a 200 dollar duty charge attached.

It may be because that online shop had been red flagged by Canada Customs. What is your experience selling your products as far as duty not being charged to the consumer once the package arrives. Is it just Canada that may be a problem? Is shipping duty free cigarettes to destinations in the U.S. more trouble free?

We are actually doing quite well with Canadian customers and you are probably right, the company might've been flagged by Canada's customs.

Just in case, we recommend customers not to pay the fees, we will instead, re-ship the order... otherwise, it won't make any sense buying at duty free prices if you have to pay super high fees.

You just mentioned one of the most important aspects of online marketing that any good marketer must have on mind.

Promoting products that people will need over and over is the base of any stable income. Cigarettes are not a trend, they've become a basic need nowadays and customers finally understood the benefits of buying them online

Yes, we do ship to the Netherlands.
We usually recommend targeting at least 3 countries though, US, Canada and Netherlands are good choices indeed.

True say, prices are quite high all over Europe.
So far, we haven't had any issue shipping to the Netherlands and delivery is usually faster than expected.
