What do you guys think about this? (PC)

Well if that's the case then it's kind of ridiculous because it will just bottleneck your system and will not run at the same speeds as everything else, making it pretty pointless.
well i actually want a pc to run 24/7 without shutting down, i might shout it down every year 1 or 2 times lol.
basically gonna run some seo tools such as senuke, already have a good dedicated server for that and i also have some extra pc. ye i know its kinda waste of money lol but i have enough ;)

Ah okay that's not a bad plan then, I guess the cooling system will come in handy then. I'd certainly recommend shutting it down every few days though, just to be on the safe side. Although you're far more experienced than me when it comes to things in general since I'm only 16 and new to IM and whatnot haha. (although I made $25 in 2 days and I'm EXTREMELY happy with it, it's the most money I've ever had haha). Good luck with your setup mate!

wow u r really young keep it up dude, IM take sometimes so dont give up :)

Well i wonder why you would go with P67 ? And why don't you wait for IVY bridge CPU ?

However it remains a monster ;)

=> Intel Core i7 Processor i7-2700K 3.5GHz 8MB QUAD CORE

It's great for overclocking. You can get more stable and higher results comapare to 2600K. Basically you can achive like 5Ghz. Also 5.4Ghz and 1.45v is great for that CPU.
Also overclocking depends on the sample of the CPU.

=> ZALMAN COPPER DELUXE EDITION COOLER LGA 1155

Sorry, but that fan is a piece of old shit. I wouldn't bother with it and do not recommend it for you. I would recommend budget great fan -- Thermalright HR-02 Macho. It's great for overclocking, and very very quite. Also you can consider Noctua NH-D14. 19db and great top cooler for all your needs. But it's not cheap. And in much cases Thermalright HR-02 Macho will be enough.

=> ZEROtherm Advanced ZT100 Thermal Grease

Can't say anything about that. Also you can consider {MASSCOOL G751 Shin-Etsu} as
one of the best Thermal Interface Material. Great for overclocking

=> PROFESSIONAL WIRING

=)

=> Asus P8P67 PRO LGA1155/ Intel P67 B3/ Quad CrossFireX & Quad SLI/ SATA3&USB3.0/ A&GbE/ ATX Motherboard

Why do you need to bother with old P67 chipset? Just give a try to Z68 (it's combined H67 and P67 + some new features) for literally the same price.
And what for about motherboard - I will definately recommend top-class MSI Z68A-GD80 (G3). Great for overclocking. It has TWO 1Gb/s ethernet cards built-in (with MSI's soft you can make 2 channels in 1). Also: 14 USB (4 of them are USB 3.0); 2xFireWire (IEEE1394a); 3PCI-Express: SLI/CrossFireX And it has DVI, HDMI, so you don't need to buy video card (in case you're not playing games)

==> 32GB (4 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1600MHz (PC3 12800) Dual / Quad Channel

It's up to you. But it's price is high. 4x4Gb will be enough and you can save alot. Also I can recommend Samsung 4Gb DDR3 1333Mhz. It overclocks great to 1866 and higher!!

=> (4X) MEMORY HEAT SPREADERS

On Samsing you don;t need them. Good Cooling managment will be enough

=> Western Digital BLACK 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB CACHE SATA 6.0Gb/s

It costs around 250$. For about 170$ you can buy 1.5Tb Black Edition + SSD as everyone notice. I would recommend Crucial m4 128Gb - it costs around 180$ and will improve your main programs great. Also you can consider Caching SSD (SSD used for caching). there is native support for that feature in Z68. That you can't find in P67.

=> 24X DUAL LAYER DVD-RW W/LIGHTSCRIBE

Choose Pioneer! Great in Music. Great in PC's! Also ASUS is good choice.

=> nVidia GeForce GTX550 Ti 1GB DDR5 2-DVI/HDMI SLI PCI-EXP Video Card

For what reasons do you choose that card? For games? It will be a real bottleneck of your system. Card is slow. If for surfing and work - built in video will be enough.

=> REALTEK 8-CHANNEL DIGITAL SOUND ONBOARD

=> REALTEK 10/100/1000 Gigabit Network Card (onboard)

=> Wireless-N Internal PCI Adapter

=> COOLER MASTER HAF 912 RC-912-KKN1 Black SECC/ ABS Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

For case just take a look at great quite cases by Fractal Design (R3, XL and others). Also look at Antec P-series (P180,P183 and others). They're great for cooling and silencing!

=> DELUXE COOLING PACKAGE

What you mean? =) You can choose ThermalRigh TY-140 as one of the quitest coooler. Also take a look at Scythe Gentle Typhoon series. Scythe is a well known for their great fans

=> THERMALTAKE 750 WATT HIGH PERFORMANCE SLI/CROSSFIRE POWER SUPPLY

Do not get in trap of SLI/Crossfire marketing trick =) 750W ? It'll be too much for your configuration. But for future may be. Also consider to choose From: SeaSonic (greatest of all supplies), Enermax. Choose minimum of Silver series and go up for PLatinum.

=> INTERNAL ALL IN ONE DIGITAL CARD READER/WRITER

=> Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (W/LIFETIME OF FREE SUPPORT PACKAGE FROM ALLPCZONE)

Just my 2 cents

Build your own PC with those same specs, for about 900-1,000 dollars.
