Ok and here comes my review so far.

Nice tool, definitely worth the money, although I discovered a bug right away and some issues regarding user friendliness

I like to delete the keywords that I don't use or are too hard either way and have only the promising candidates in my interface, when I do that and there are some keywords I already extended, it doesn't extend them again... That should be fixed

It would be nice to have a search function, and a button that allows me to delete all unmarked results, so when I want to drill deeper only on a handful selected keywords, I can mark them and click the button "delete all unmarked results"

That would make it much easier to work your way through big lists...

Also what about match types... Which one is the tool using? I can not see a setting where I could say please search using broad match, or search using exact match etc, would be nice to have too


Otherwise from what I can say so far it's a pretty neat tool and I think I'm gonna keep it and work with it long-term.

Thanks for the review and the suggestions! I will address them below,

1) What is the bug you're talking about? Can you send an email to clyde-at-ultimatenichefinder.com please. We will fix the bug ASAP.

2) It doesn't extend keywords that are already extended because doing that will create duplicates and is a waste of queries.

3) As for marking/unmarking, as an alternative, you can filter the keywords that you don't want, use Select All and Delete them, then remove all filters. This will leave you with just the good keywords you want. I'll discuss the "Delete Unmarked" feature with programmer.

4) For searching keywords, there's a filter for the Keywords column, and you can show keywords that contain specific word only, or add negative words list. We'll add an option for this to be phrase match soon.

5) The tool is displaying Exact match numbers. The option to switch will be available mid-February sometime.

I just bought this, I was looking into buying market samurai, but I read alot of stuuf pointing not to go the market samurai route. I hope I can benefit from this tool, as I am a complete noob in all of the internet marketing areas!

it might just be me not doing something right, but the "Results, Med. Links, Difficulty" results are not showing for me after the analysis.

Are you selecting all the keywords before hitting Analyze Competition. You have to have them selected first. There is a video on their homepage that shows you exactly how to do it.

yeah, i select them all, and then analyze. but nothing shows up in those results for me, but the cpc, oci, global and local results are working. ( though global and local are showing up as the same numbers on all of them ). and domain checking works. just the features i mentioned in my above post are not working for me. it must be something im not doing on my end, since all is working for you guys

Are you using Proxies? And are they working? Did you test them? I notice they burn out pretty quick - I test them before each run

Sorry! it was my stupidity. i was using proxies, but the ones i was using were as you say burnt out.

but i got a new good working list, and now im seeing the Green!!!

After 3 days I went ahead and created a new one today. It was actually easier than I thought, didn't even require any info other than the email addy and password. I figured since it was Adwords, it would need more than that... but that's only if you go ahead and fund it, which I won't be on this account.

It's probably better in the long run cause the other one is that one that I have my adsense on and that wasn't effected - so this will separate my BH techniques from my adsense account...

One feature I think would be nice is to automatically retry failed comp analysis keywords. If I try to analyze 1000 keywords around 300 will fail usually so it would be handy to have unf retry until all are completed.

Exact match domains work best because it gives an SEO boost, between using sub-domains(keyword.domain.com) versus a folder-type URL (domain.com/keyword/) I think it's just a matter of preference.

Hi dave, you can try creating a Google account at youtube.com first, before doing to adwords.google.com or just email me and I'll send 5 Google accounts your way.

It stands for Online Commercial Intend but we actually just renamed Google Adwords Competition since these two values highly co-relate to each other and I didn't want to confuse users with two Competition values (Adwords and SEO).

We allow you to install on two computers but you cannot run them simultaneously.
