Is Your Google Places Citation Finder Working?

I just bought mine last week. It worked once then the next day kaput! It's not giving me anymore results. I've email support since 01/26/2012 11:30 am but no response.

So is the software working?
What can I be doing wrong?

Thanks Lacy. I've checked out Whitesparks. They are good but with 20/month min, I opted for the local citation finder.

Just got an email from LCF. At least the program is alive.

The Citation finder has recently been disturbed by the Google algorithm updates and our team is tirelessly working on it to get it working again very soon. Will definitely update u with an updated download link as soon as it is ready to go.

Chad's software is pretty good since it gives you the number of citations, # of reviews, Keywords (in reviews), tittle tags, etc. It basically tells you the details about the Gmap listing. So this software is good in conjunction with Whitesparks / LCF.

Funny how people are blaming things on a Google update - my software hasn't needed a single change (and I'm sure many others are the same too) - still, gives them a ready-made excuse I suppose.

Chads tool is returning 0 citations for me for most searches.

Searches which were giving 50+ citations is now returning 0

what search are you using to look for citations? Our tool uses combinations of phone and business name. Let me know, we may need to make adjustments to the tool
