This website is full of "submit to AC" or "slap up PPC" ideas, but has anyone considered that moving cash can be a great way to make money? Try this:

1) Advertise a hot product at a super low price. ie. New iPhone for $99 unlocked with gold knobs and britney's phone number programmed into speed dial.

2) Put in BIG RED LETTERS under the product that the item will ship after 3 weeks because of a backorder demand.

3) As soon as the money gets into your Paypal account, transfer the funds into an online money market or high yield savings account (ING or other). If you are doing it right, you should get thousands and thousands of dollars everyday. This is not a con job, so don't touch this money. Just leave it in the account.

4) Exactly three weeks later, make up some lame excuse about product not being available any longer, and give the buyer a full refund. Paypal does not charge you a fee, you get to keep the interest you accrued over the last three weeks on their money. No laws are broken so you keep your ass out of jail.

I wouldn't recommend a risky investment account. Be happy with your ultra safe FDIC insured ING 3% APR account. If you are moving enough cash, it will pay off huge.

Also, I have not been getting enough thanks for my contributions. I would appreciate a few in the event you find this idea useful!

sounds like a scam to me. what happens if you lose money on your investment with other people's money?

then how many thanks you want from us ?? A million of thanks so that you can get enough for your contributions ?? ;)

idk if you collected $10,000 at 3% a year, thats only $300 a year in interest. So you divide that by 12 to figure out how much you could make in a month and you get $25. Not really worth the time to make only $25 in a months time.

What investment? You are putting the money in a savings account for 3 weeks and then giving it back.

I can see your point about it not being totally illegal - but it sure as hell is risky business.

Call it what you want.....blackhat/whitehat or out of the box, still way to risky for me.

Good luck with it though!

You are thinking too small. Think hundreds of websites pulling in huge amounts of money everyday, and then automate the process.

your paypal account will be locked before you can say "why cant i send or receive any money into my paypal anymore"

I don't actually use paypal, but you can start with it until you get the jist of the idea and establish a merchant account.

even if I collected $1,000,000 which is a HUGE amount of sales in a month ha, it would only be $2500. If you have the ability to make $1,000,000 in sales in a month, you better be making more than $2500, which is a .25% profit

It's called bait and switch. If you have no intention of delivering the item offered. You will also get complaints extremely fast and people will file complaints with attorney generals (many people do this now as second nature if they think they got screwed) and they will also close your paypal account i guarantee it.

just do me a favor and think out your plan before you post it here as a method, and then ask for thanks for it

What a godawful idea. Interest rates are mega low so you would earn next to nothing in 3 weeks. If you decide to speculate in shares or other risky investments, you may lose the lot.

I wont thank you, but i'll give you an award for the most lame ass idea i have heard all year

even though its a savings account its still considered an investment because of the FUTURE FINANCIAL RETURNS. as everyone already said, paypal will DEFINITELY block your account. If you try this with a merchant account you'll probably lose money because of fees IF they don't cancel your account for the high rate of returns.

This is a scam no matter what you say! I guarantee you haven't tried this with any success.

thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you,

You are genius, and we can borrow their houses and rent them on monthly basis and make some serious money.

Grow up!

Why would I do favors for you?

It is a method, used by banks for years. And no, it is not a "bait and switch." I suppose you could call it a "bait and refund," but certainly not illegal in even the most conservative states. Throw in some real product sales and make yourself look legit. The method works on virtually zero effort.

wow Im not quite sure you know exactly how banks work

Of course I know how banks work. You put in your money, it doubles in three days because of interest, and then you withdraw it and buy dimestore hookers.

I have never heard of a bank doing anything like this. I'm done with this thread as I'm sure a mod will be by shortly to lock it up. Please.Think.Before.You.Post
