I'm probably so stupid - but why mention "free" when it's not free. I've been in business for the past 40 years - which doesn't mean that much, except that experience over the years has taught me so much of the "can do and can't dos" and the best thing you can mention at all is the "truth" - just tell it like it is - no smoke and mirror bs. I'd gladly give you the $8 per site if that's what it takes - but don't go mixing "free" with "pay-me" stuff. People can go getting the wrong idea about you and what you're offering. Sad but so true.

Cuz I am not selling you a report but a service where I will manually submit your link to all these sites.

As regards "Free", it means you don't have to pay for links on the sites from where I am getting you a backlink. I am only charging you for my submission service.

assuming this is through PayPal, you can't really get scammed...

If the guy does not do what he claims, then you simply put in a dispute with PP and
get your money back.....
