Hostgator has a VPS that is about $49 (including the cpanel option) per month.

Go Daddy is about the same price.

We have clients that use both of these.

Whatever you do... if you don't know much (or if you outsource a lot)... get a host with cPanel and not Plesk. Just my opinion. cPanel is much easier to work with and worth the extra $$.
