Strange problem while emailing with my domain name inside it

I'm facing a weird (for me at least) problem. When I'm trying send emails using my hosting's smtp and including a specific domain name (let's say www.abc.com) inside the email, the emails aren't being sent at all. Not even in the spams. Emails from the same smtp with other domain names deliver just fine.

Anyone has any ideas why this might be happening? Thanks in advance.

I don't think so. I'll try to be sure though.
