FF plugin to grab video from tube sites?

I haven't had the need for something like this in a while and I need it now. Can someone recommend a good plugin FF or Chrome that will allow me to download video from different tube sites?

Download Helper is what I use. I find it works great for almost all video. If you have a little extra cash it may be worth upgrading from the free to the converter.... If you hear of a good Chrome one, let me know!
