Can somone give me some ideas about what to blog about? Like i don't understand how ppl make hundreds of dollars a month even a week doing blogs. I know its adsense and i know what it is but i mean i dont get how they get all the people to click the ads. And how their blogs are so interesting that they get accepted into adsense in the first place. Like the only thing i could think to do is sports. And i can get people to go to my site but idk how to make it interesting to get it accepted into adsense. Also blogs have to be updated daily.. maybe weekly but you have to update it ALOT.. thats something i wont like doing... I tried making a blogger about money making methods online and id have a guide on the post and all this junk and i got denied... Any ideas/tips?

its a lot easier to blog about something you actually like. once you have more money to spread around you can hire content writers to diversify your niches, but when your starting out its so much easier to write content about something you actually care about.

for instance i like programming, working out, and science. working out tends to be the most monetizeable so thats where i started.

blog about something you genuinely like. that way, you wont be tired of updating it, building links to it. Take a walk outside of your house., look all of the people what they are doing, the cars, etc... take inspiration from all around you.

If you haven't got any ideas on what blogging is about and the how-tos and so on, check out popular blog sites that provide those kinds of information. Otherwise, you can read several threads here on BHW.

try to post things that not just focusing on your site..try to feature other things as well..then make your post enjoyable to read...like putting pictures and use wordpress in blog posting if possible.

Hey sorry whats outsource? Also ive tried making money other ways but i just absolutely suck at it. Im somone who would be happy to make 10 dollars in even a week.. But i just can't do that for some reason...

I usually look at Mags for inspiration.
Generally it's best to concentrate on topics
that you are genuinely interested in.
Makes it much easier.

I agree with the posts above me. I would add that blogs were originally intended to be like a diary. So if all else fails, write about your day.

For example:
I made some interesting pancakes for breakfast. I added chocolate chips, marshmallows, and crumbled graham crackers...instant S'Mores.

I've been trying to figure out how to watch movies online so I tried Hulu this afternoon. This is what I think....

You might try to do some keyword research and write a different twist on something...
Example: "My Take on Using a Kindle".

Just write about your day, but make it have a bit of pizzazz. Weave keywords in just to see what they will do. Get other blogs to link to you.

Use also picutres for blogging if you don't have something to say. there are also many people whose fun of blogging pictures.

You can blog about anything...and i mean ANYTHING - there are some weird niches out there. Like everyone said, blog about something you enjoy so you dont get burnt out. This way, even if you aren't making money at first, it will still be entertaining for you.

Don't worry about money yet. Content first. Then traffic. Then monetization.
Good content along with some good promotion will bring traffic. and with traffic, there are a ton of ways to start monetizing
