Software developer looking for ideas what bot to make

I currently lead a team of 3 people, myself + 2 others.
We write bots and do some other software freelancing, but mostly bots. I find clients, get orders and they code.

We can do C#, c++, java, perl, php, javascript... Practically every popular coding/scripting language there is (hell, if you want something done in pure assembler that can be arranged too).

I've known and worked with them for years. We do QUALITY, not quantity.

I currently have a few small projects with monthly renewal running. It's bringing nice cash but I would like to scale it up.

I am about to hire 2 more IRL friends who are looking for a job and thus expand our staff of 3 to 5 total.
I need to put them to work and I'm asking for your suggestions on what should we produce.

Are you a marketer? What do you need? What program can help you scale up YOUR income? Write it down here.

Thing is, I can get clients that order one-time programs easily but I want to focus on writing a program that will sell repeatedly through renewal.
I mostly want to target marketing forums such as this one, but it can be anything that sells.

I am looking for good ideas on what to produce so people will like and buy it because it brings them cash.
What kind of task are you doing that could be speed up using a program? What does community currently need?

That is what I was doing but it is not as easy as it sounds.

I am in a niche of "providing a solution" to a problem somebody has.
More accurately, I code programs that solve problems or speed up workflow.

Example: You need a youtube bot that can register accounts, post comments, upload videos, makes youtube likes, does views, has built in proxies and ability to add your own.

That is what I can do. That is what I LIKE doing.

I never tapped any niches like that myself because they bore me to death. I find that too unattached and life-less.
Yes, money is my motivation but it is not the main one. I like the challenge of finding a solution to a problem. When someone praises what I did it makes me feel good cause I know I just helped somebody solve a problem he had. I currently have a few products that I am selling this way, monthly renewal with free updates and I love it. Sure people piss me off at times but I still like doing it.

I do not know somebody may need my programs unless they say so. I am a problem solver so I function like one.
It has to be written (or spoken about) somewhere. Forum posts, IM like skype, msn or FB, emails, orders or some other way where people request or mention they want it. Once I know that I can figure out a way how to make it work.

I could crawl BHW and spend days reading posts looking for such information but that is not really an efficient way of doing it. One, it is too time consuming. Two, when somebody posts saying "I need a youtube bot" they do not write with what intention in mind they need it. Saying "I need it for youtube likes" or "I need it for account creation" is not enough. If I get details like "I want to use it to post links in comments to my money site where I get a commision from sales" I can think of additional features somebody would like and add them in a bot.
Or I can do something BETTER than how it is currently done, but I need DETAILS.

I would like to hear it from fellow blackhatters what kind of obstacles they are experiencing at scaling up their technique so I can provide a great solution for it and help them profit. When they profit I profit. It is a symbiosis between two parties ending in a Win-win scenario.

That is why I am asking for suggestions.

Theres alot of discontent amoung Senuke X users at the moment and you could definetly capitalize on this.

It doesnt have to be so automated it can be more like magic submitter.

Features:

Web 2.0 creation and posting.......With the option to add new sites and learn new sites some designer of sorts.

if this would be too much work then creat a web 2.0 creator and poster that actually works for the top 100 web 2.0's from phpbuilt's list. With an option to add new sites.

Build any of these and i will be your first customer.

I agree with this sort of. I know I have personally been looking for a web 2.0 creator that is fairly flexible without costing a ton of money. SENuke and current software is great, but out of my budget and even though programs like AMR and BMR exist, I'm surprised no one has built a Web 2.0 software. Then again I know it might be difficult to maintain as a one time software.

I have also seen people asking for a Wiki Bot , but I really can't expand on that since I don't use wikis, but seeing how there is no software I know of that does this, it may be a profitable market .
